Main Hitting and Catching Instructor
Gabby began her collegiate softball career at Niagara University as a 3rd basemen for the Purple Eagles. She graduated with her Bachelors in Communication and over back home to Syracuse, NY to pursue her MBA while coaching the Le Moyne College Dolphins Softball team as a graduate Assistant Coach. She currently is on her 6th year as a hitting, defense and catching instructor at Hazen’s Athletic Center.
Catching and Hitting Instructor
Morgan was a four-year starter on the Cicero North Syracuse varsity softball team and graduated in 2014. She continued her athletic and education career at St. Bonaventure University 2014-2018 and caught for the Bonnies. Morgan is currently continuing her education at Utica College in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
Pitching Instructor
Kalet started pitching at the age of 13 and was instructed by the owner Heidi Hazen-Forte. After graduating from Cicero North Syracuse in 2013, Kalet continued her athletic and education career at Edinboro University, division two. In 2015, Kalet was awarded 2nd All Team in the PSAC conference. Kalet is currently continuing her education at Le Moyne College in the master’s program, working as the softball Graduate assistant. Kalet works mainly with the pitchers at LeMoyne College. Hazen's is proud to have Kalet in her third year as an instructor.
Pitching Instructor
Ashley graduated from Pulaski High School in 2009, where she led her team to 6 consecutive league championships, two Section 3 Class C Championship (2006, 2008), and two Section 3 Championships (2006, 2008). While there, she was a 5 time All-CNY recipient. Ashley was also chosen to be on the Syracuse Chiefs softball team in 2007.
Ashley received a full scholarship to Cornell University, and made the decision to instead continue her education and athletic career at Tompkins-Cortland Community College. While at Tompkins-Cortland, she led her team to the NJCAA Region 3 championship (2011) and was named NJCAA 1st team All-American (2011), NJCAA All-Region team (2011), 1st team All-MSAC, and NFCA 1st team All-American. The 2011 TC Panthers then made an appearance at the NJCAA World Series where she earned All-Tournament recognition.
After receiving her Associates of Liberal Arts, she transferred to complete her Bachelors of Science in Psychology through SUNY Oswego and also continued her athletic career. While at SUNY Oswego, she led the team to an appearance at the SUNYAC Tournament (2012), just the second appearance since 1984. While at SUNY Oswego, she received 2nd team All-SUNYAC. Ashley graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and went on to receive her Masters Degree in Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis).
Hitting and Speed & Agility Instructor
Alicia graduated from Liverpool High School. She was named First Team All-CNY her sophomore, junior and senior year. She was also named All-CNY Player of the Year during her junior and senior years. Alicia was additionally named First Team All-State her junior and senior year and received Team MVP honors in 2014 and 2015.
She went on to play 4 years of collegiate softball at Syracuse University where in 2017 made All-ACC First Team. In 2017, Alicia made the NFCA Mid-Atlantic Second Team All-Region and continues to hold Syracuse sophomore single-season records in batting average (.376) and runs scored (48). Alicia is also in the top-10 in 10 different career records at Syracuse including second in runs scored (135), third in hits (197) and fourth in triples (10). Her 67 hits in 2017 are tied for the second most in a single-season at Syracuse.
In 2021, Alicia was inducted into the New York State Hall of Fame.
Pitching Instructor
Toni was inducted into the Herkimer College Hall of Fame in 2022.
She pitched in the National Tournament in 2013. She was a member of the First place JUCO softball National Championship team in 2013. She was a member of the Regional Championship team in 2013-2014 and an All American in the same season. In 2015, she was the ECAC Pitcher of the Week.
In 2016, she was on the Northeast Conference Championship team and the runner-up Regional Champions in 2016.
